01 / Motor and control

Why choose a BLDC industrial exhaust fan?

The BLDC industrial exhaust fan uses a brushless DC motor system. Compared with a traditional AC type, the motor and controller are designed for more efficient airflow control and lower power consumption.

The motor and blade arrangement provide more even airflow and smoother indoor ventilation. Multiple speed settings let operators adjust extraction instead of running at the highest setting throughout the day.

Power matched to demand

Select a lower setting when full airflow is unnecessary. Compare the power and airflow at each setting in the performance tables.

More precise control

MX-1000, MX-1220, MX-1380 and MX-1530 have four listed settings. MX-900 has three listed settings. Remote control is available with a compatible controller.

Operating cost over time

A BLDC system can require a higher initial investment. Evaluate the purchase price together with operating hours, selected speed and local electricity costs.

For an AC-versus-BLDC comparison, use the same required airflow and static pressure. A difference in input power alone does not establish an equivalent-duty energy saving.

05 / Applications

Ventilation for production and agricultural buildings

Factories and warehouses

Extract warm indoor air and provide air exchange across production or storage areas. Coordinate the exhaust location with fresh-air inlets.

Greenhouses

Use selectable settings to adjust ventilation as the heat and humidity load changes during the day.

Farms

Provide controlled extraction for agricultural buildings. Specify housing and blade materials for the actual moisture and corrosion exposure.

06 / Selection questions

Before choosing a BLDC exhaust fan

Does every model have four speeds?

No. MX-900 has three listed settings. MX-1000, MX-1220, MX-1380 and MX-1530 each have four.

Can these fans use a 60 Hz supply?

220 V / 60 Hz and 110 V / 60 Hz single-phase configurations can be requested. Confirm the matching motor and controller. The performance tables on this page apply to 220 V / 50 Hz.

How much electricity will the fan use?

Use the selected setting’s input power, operating hours and electricity tariff. For example, the MX-1380 is listed at 200 W on setting 1 and 850 W on setting 4, with different airflow at each setting. Compare systems at the same required duty.

Are the model numbers installation dimensions?

Use a confirmed dimensional drawing for the frame and wall opening. The model number alone is not sufficient to determine the installation opening.

Is remote or wireless control standard?

Remote control is available with a compatible controller. Bluetooth and Wi-Fi options should be specified and confirmed before ordering.
