Trade terms

Trade term is based on FOB Guangzhou port for full container order and EXW factory term for LCL order;
Other trade terms can be negotiated before order,including CIF,CFR.
Payment term: 30% deposit is needed as proforma invoice get confirmed, and 70% balance should be paid before loading. Other payment terms could be negotiated.
All product requirements should be provided and discussed with us as you order. And we will provide a requirement list for your confirmation before production.
Necessary drawing,propotypes or label samples can be provided for your confirmation before production to avoid mistakes and unnecessary damages.
Do not suggest make any changes on order after it is confirmed; If it’s really necessary to make changes on it,please inform us as soon as possible.
Free of charge spare parts will be provided for regular maintenance in the future.
Standard package is craft carton box. Other package options can be negotiated.
Warranty period: 12 months

we will not reveal your company information to any individuals or companies.
We will not reveal your purchase information or order details in any cases.
Your brand,logo or patented designs will not use on our brochures,websites,social media for commercial purpose unless we get your permission.
User manuals,carton box,stickers,labels of your products will not revealed to involved individuals or companies.
